Our warehouse is located along the rail spur just minutes to Long Beach Harbor with ready access to three major freeways and the Greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.  Our facility is a 3-acre compound consisting of enclosed warehouses and open pole barn bays.

Warehousing  

Short- and long-term storage available within our 50,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Transloading, Offloading, & Reload  

We are the largest lumber reload center in Southern California. In addition to storage, we provide transloading, offloading and reloading of product. Our fleet of forklifts offer hot loads and scheduled drops to offload and reload product to your customer’s trailer or to your storage site.

Administrative Services   

In conjunction with transloading, we provide administrative services to serve as your eyes and ears to monitor your material. We provide virtual inventory reports and will collect COD, if requested, and process per your instructions.  

Code Compliance  

We are happy to assist you in meeting California Compliance Codes by placing the necessary notices on your packs of lumber products. We will also remove any information you request from the bundles prior to loading for your customer.    

Complimentary Office Space  

When your sales and support staff are traveling in Southern California on business, we provide reload clients with complimentary access to office and meeting space.

Delivery 

We deliver within the greater Los Angeles area so that you can be a full-service provider for your customers.
